Humidity Monitoring

Humidity monitoring can be a lot of work, especially if you have a multitude of storage units to supervise in different locations. Frequent recordings of the humidity in your stability chambers, desiccated chambers, incubators, and other environment-sensitive storage facilities are important for regulatory compliance or just for the quality of your work. Managing the data that is collected from chart recorders or local-PC-based monitoring systems can be time-consuming and expensive.

The Tempurity environmental monitoring system from Networked Robotics enables constant monitoring of the humidity in all of your storage units. through peer-to-peer networking. The data from all of the units ("monitored devices")  are collected through the network and stored on a central computer. Readings are taken at regular, frequent intervals, with results being recorded and stored on a Tempurity Server. If fluctuations occur, alarm notifications of e-mail, text message, or voice phone call can be sent to you wherever you are, allowing you to get on top of the problem before it gets out of hand.

There's no need for expensive or limiting dialers. The system can send voice phone calls from anywhere using a Voice-over-IP-like method of alarm notification.

Humidity Monitoring for a Variety of Systems

Tempurity is appropriate for almost any storage system. So you can monitor all of your devices now using simple connections with your existing network wiring. Further, the Tempurity System is built to FDA standards, and validation documents can be audited upon request.

You can collect data through the network with the Networked Robotics HPL1 digital humidity sensor, or obtain humidity, temperature, and gas concentrations directly from the data ports of some brands of incubators.  A single Networked Robotics NTMS4 network device can collect from 4 very diverse sources, for example, an HPL1 sensor, a direct connection to a Thermo Forma incubator, a direct connection to a Cryoplus liquid nitrogen freezer, and a Networked Robotics RTD probe.

If you're ready to take your humidity monitoring activities to the next level, call the experts at Networked Robotics. We can be reached via telephone or e-mail with any questions or purchase requests. Never take your humidity levels for granted. Make sure they're on track with Tempurity.
